HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION CLERK REQUIREMENTS

Matric with a minimum 3-year accredited Degree/National Diploma or National N Diploma (REQV 13) in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Public Administration, and 1-2 years of relevant job experience in Human Resource Management or a related subject. if you don’t meet the minimum requirements kind apply for Handyman/General Workers ref no.: REFS/013912 that requires grade 9 or abet certificate.

Knowledge of important HR Prescripts, including the Labour Relations Act of 1995 and Prescriptive. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Policy development, PSCBC and ELRC Resolutions, Continuous Education and Training Act No. 6 of 2006, Employment of Educators Act, Public Service Act HR Prescripts are familiar with.

Interpersonal skills, customer service, managerial abilities, and computer literacy are all required. Ability to manage a team of HR professionals and provide HR recommendations to senior management. Ability to always behave professionally and morally. Ability to speak effectively in at least two of the Western Cape’s three official languages.

DUTIES

Ensure that HR responsibilities such as leave administration, performance management, and service termination are carried out. Policy and legislative issues are communicated and implemented. Maintain the status quo. Ensure that transfers, service benefits (such as housing subsidies, accommodations, pensions, medical assistance, and staff bursaries), complaints, and disciplinary actions are properly administered. Any salary-related transactions are captured on PERSAL/VIP. Answer general questions about salary and allowances. Assist in the recruiting and hiring process. Manage and administer information. Maintain a duty log.
