Branch: Finance and Administration Chief Directorate: Human Resource Management, Development and Labour Relations. The SALARY package: R211 713 per annum and this vacant is at the centre the of Pretoria.

REQUIREMENTS

A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or similar certification is required, as well as one (1) year of relevant experience and outstanding typing abilities. Applicants must also have demonstrated expertise and high competency in the field of computers, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Applicants should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with databases.

DUTIES

In the Office of the Chief Director, the selected applicant will handle all communication, screen incoming and outgoing calls, and guarantee an effective flow of information. Visitors are welcomed; Make arrangements for meetings and workshops; Assist with administrative tasks Manage the Chief Director’s calendar; Make appointments, as well as travel and lodging arrangements; Manage and compose communications; compile and reconcile subsistence and travel claims. Receive, record, file, scan, and despatch submissions and memoranda for the Chief Directorate, as well as ordering stationery. As needed, type documents. Organize team meetings; Assist in the management of the chief directorate’s events, campaigns, celebrations, and commemorations. As directed by the Chief Director, do any further tasks.
