DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND CONSTITUTIONAL is looking for 2 candidates to apply for administrative officers. The successful candidate will get paid the salary R321 543 – R378 765 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

a three-year bachelor’s degree in public management administration or a national diploma in public management administration, or its equivalent; 3 years of administrative experience; familiarity with human resource management, asset management, supply chain management, and risk management; familiarity with the Public Financial Management Act, Departmental Financial Instructions, BAS, and Justice Yellow Pages. Competencies and Skills: Financial management (vote and trust account); people management; computer literacy (Microsoft programs); strong leadership and management abilities; good interpersonal interactions

DUTIES

Coordination and management of the office’s financial and personnel resources; coordination and management of risk and security in the court Control of the Family Courts sector, as well as the Supply Chain; Office management (Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts); Manage the Criminal and Civil Court Administration Sections; oversee the office’s personnel resources. Compile data to demonstrate performance and trends. Manage the Department’s facilities at the Court; To assure service delivery, coordinate, supervise, and administer support services to Case Flow Management and other court users; do any other responsibilities required to keep the office functioning well.
