National Prosecuting Authority is looking for an Administrative Clerk. The directorate of this post is in the national prosecution service. The successful candidate will get paid a salary of R176 310.00 level 05 of government benefits. The location of this vacant is CPP Ntuzuma.
ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK REQUIREMENTS
grade 12 or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, professionally, responsibly, and credibly. Excellent organizational and planning abilities, as well as written and vocal communication. Computer literacy abilities and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
People skills are important. Interpersonal and communication abilities are excellent. Ability to act on their own. Knowledge of clerical chores and procedures, as well as the ability to record data, use a computer, and compile statistics Knowledge and comprehension of the legal framework that governs the public sector. On an operational level, the official must be willing to move between two clusters.
DUTIES
Assist the office with high-level administrative tasks. Create and maintain a well-organized office administrative system. Carry out a broad range of administrative duties. In regards to line functionaries. Draft letters to members of the public, other organizations, and government agencies. Liaise with administration on all topics relating to the office’s administrative operations. Provide legal professionals with administrative assistance in the areas of finance, logistics, and human resources. Deliver mail and faxes inside the office, as well as provide basic administrative assistance such filing, photocopying, and faxing, as well as receiving and dispatching papers.
