Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- N6 National Certificate in Human Resources Management
- Between 18 and 34 years of age
- Require workplace experience to complete an N Diploma
- Good computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
As an In-Service Trainee, you will:
- Participate in a structured Work Integrated Learning programme
- Assist with daily administrative and operational duties
- Gain practical Human Resources workplace experience
- Support technical and administrative projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members
