Telkom in office Gauteng West Rand & Chloorkop is looking for a candidate to apply for the available vacant of a functional administrator or admin officer in the business unite of OpenServe. This role is in the division of network operation & Program Management. Apply before 18 April 2021 and quote the Ref number on the title of the post.

Core Description

Provides functional support to management relating to reports, meetings, resources, logistics, enquiries, projects and action items.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications Grade 10 (NQF level 3) and 5 Years relevant experience OR Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 2 Years relevant
Required Certification None

Special requirements

  • Driver’s licence will add as an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work after hours


  • Provides administrative support to management teams in the business unit
  • Order material and office resources
  • Arranges and co-ordinate meetings inclusive of minutes
  • Compile and distribute documents, briefing, reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Tracking of various reports, documentation and urgent items
  • Draw information from various systems and compile reports
  • Track and report on enquiries, escalations and projects
  • Liaise with various stakeholders relating to facilities, equipment, tools and material.
