We are a retail convenience firm that offers typical petroleum services, bpme (our own rewards program), bpPulse, Wild Bean Café, and partnerships with Marks & Spencer Simply Food and Deliveroo, among others.
There are more than 300 BP-owned service stations and more than 900 dealer-owned and -operated locations. We assist our BP-owned service stations with recruiting and professional development.
There are openings for permanent positions in our retail teams.
As a customer service assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide superior customer service. This includes serving at the registers, assisting the Wild Bean Café, replenishing the store floor, and doing certain delivery and forecourt chores.
You will get comprehensive training to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of all of our store’s equipment and procedures. This will enable you to comply with health and safety regulations at all times, whether you are using equipment or protecting yourself and our clients.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and able to work in an atmosphere that moves faster, as well as those who can think fast. We are looking for someone that can have an impact on the workday while also making it more entertaining. We are looking for people that can encourage their coworkers and work together as a team as a group. You will need to have proven experience working in retail, ideally within the food retail industry; however, this is not a necessary need either.
- Minimum of Grade 10/abet any level needed to apply.
- 0-1 year experience.
