ADMINISTRATION OFFICER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in Public Management Administration, or an equivalent, of at least three years; 3 years of management experience; Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and risk management expertise; Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act, Financial Management (Vote and Trust Account), Departmental Financial Instructions, the BAS, and the Justice Yellow Pages. Abilities and Competencies: People management, computer literacy (Microsoft packages), sound leadership and management skills, and excellent interpersonal interactions.
Coordination and management of the office’s financial and personnel resources; coordination and management of the court’s risk and security. Manage the business and strategic planning processes; Manage the Criminal and Civil Court Administration Sections, the Family Court Administration Section, and the Supply Chain; 59 Office Management (Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts); Coordinate, manage, and administer Case Flow Management and other court user support systems to assure service delivery; Perform any additional tasks required to guarantee the efficient operation of the office.
