Payroll Officer

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, the incumbent will grant the Payroll branch & Finance with administrative assistance, to allow the seamless training and price of salaries and economic duties. Key Areas of Responsibility Updating and keeping payroll information Capturing of Monthly Payroll on VIP Administration of new engagements & terminations Audit practise (ensure that worker archives comply with working standards)

Liaising with the body of workers and administration on payroll associated queries Administration of ESS Monthly Reporting FNB Payments Ensure compliance To make sure all work is carried out in phrases of required requirements and rules To make certain that all agency insurance policies and approaches are adhered to To make certain well-timed submission of quite a number periodical reviews Projects Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Applied getting to know Building Customer Loyalty Contributing to Team Success Managing Work (includes Time Management) Initiating Action Stress Tolerance Decision Making Attention to detail

Excellent conversation abilities Candidate Requirements Qualifications and Experience required Relevant Financial Diploma/Payroll Qualification 2-3 years VIP Payroll journey Understanding and consciousness of payroll regulation and processes.
