NETCARE ROLE TITLE: DIVISION: Hospital Division
LOCATION: Netcare Greenacres Hospital
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Human Resources Manager
ROLE SUMMARY: The Human Resources Officer is required to operate a full generalist human assets function, which consists of industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counseling, and the supervision of administration processes.

The incumbent will in addition supervise staff, meet tight deadlines, be accurate, comply with insurance policies and methods and have interaction with participants of the staff, management, exterior companies, and corporations related with Netcare as properly as contributors of the public.

EDUCATION:
• A three-year diploma or a diploma in human assets administration or an equal NQF stage 7 qualification.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of two – four years human sources generalist experience

KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent Management, Transformation, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance Management • Practical working understanding of HR data and payroll/benefits administration structures to capture, access, and extract information from a vary of one of a kind HR databases/files • Knowledge of all applicable Labour Relations Legislation • Good working understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act • Computer literacy
