REQUIREMENTS

Level 1 of the NQF (ABET L1-3 / Grade 3–9 / Standard 1–7) Particular Requirements: An benefit would be experience in a household cleaning and laundry setting. Domestic services, methods, and procedures are familiar. Possess leadership and supervisory abilities. Capacity for successful (verbal) communication in English. Health and safety fundamentals. Expertise in a variety of cleaning procedures and assistance. Basic knowledge of maintaining equipment with a modest degree of complexity in operation. Capable of leading a team. Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and machineries. Capacity to carry out ordinary duties. Capacity to operate both in a team and alone. Fundamental numeracy and literacy abilities. Physical fitness is required to conduct cleaning activities. Interpersonal skills are necessary for customer interaction.

DUTIES

Organizing the household cleaning routine on a daily basis. Supervise the performance of household cleaning and laundry procedures. Conducting supervisory personnel management on a first-line basis.
