Requirements 

Grade 12. At least 1– 2 years’ relevant experience in a customer care environment. Exceptional telephone etiquette skills, Effective communication skills, Computer literacy and willing to work shifts including night shift, weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster. Switchboard /Call Centre certificate and hospital environment experience will be an added advantage.

Duties 

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls as per request and capture calls made. Answer general enquiries. Keep a record of Doctor’s list, receive messages and convey it appropriately. Updating of the departmental telephone directory and distribution thereof. Assist with costing of private telephones. Identify and report telephone faults to supervisor. Perform other tasks that may be delegated by the supervisor. Adherence to Batho Pele Principles.
