SALARY: R173 703 per annum

Render general clerical guide services. Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data. Update registers and statistics. Handle event inquiries. Make photocopies and get hold of or send facsimiles. Distribute documents/packages to a number of stakeholders as required. Keep and keep the filling device for the component. Type letters and/or different correspondence when required. Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing report register of the component. Provide grant chain clerical aid offerings inside the component. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders concerning the procurement of items and services. Obtain quotations, entire procurement types for the buying of popular workplace items. Stock management of workplace stationery. Keep and hold the asset register of the factor (district offices). Provide personnel administration clerical guide offerings inside the component. Maintain a depart register for the component. Keep and preserve personnel documents in the component. Keep and keep the attendance register of the component. Arrange visiting and accommodation. Provide financial administration to assist offerings in the component. Capture and update expenditure in a component. Check the correctness of subsistence and tour claims of officials and publish them to the supervisor for approval. Handle phone bills and petty money for the component.
