As a General Worker in the Production Department, your primary objective will be to execute full and on-time daily targets while ensuring that the integrity of the product is never compromised. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall quality of our products and the efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Product Quality: Ensure a high-quality product is consistently produced in the Production Department.
  • Housekeeping Standards: Uphold high housekeeping standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhering to Company Policies: Follow all company rules and procedures diligently.
  • Operational Efficiencies: Strive for maximum efficiency in your daily tasks.
  • Planned Maintenance: Assist in the planned maintenance of assigned assets.
  • Record Control: Manage administration and record control effectively.
  • Compliance with SOPs: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Health & Safety: Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in a related production environment is advantageous, but not essential.
